The rent is calculated on a minimum 7 day per week fee. There may be some flexibility on when your rental period starts and ends, depending on the time of year.

4 people 500 euros
Plus 50 euros per additional person per week up to 7 people total.

There is an additional 50 euros cleaning fee per rental. There will be an extra cleaning fee taken out of the security deposit @12 euros per hour for clean up of excessive use.

There will be a security deposit taken of 300 euros paid with your rental—refunded on your return. The full amounts are due at the time you confirm your rental. Refunds in full if cancellation made 2 weeks or more before your booking.Failure to cancel in this timeframe will result in your being charged 25% of the rental cost with security deposit, cleaning and insurance fees to be returned in full.
